  • Initial Phone Consultation:
    • 15 minutes: No Charge
  • Initial Evaluation:
    • 50 minutes: $175
  • Individual Therapy:
    • 30 minutes: $100
    • 45 minutes: $150
    • 60 minites: $200
    • 90 minutes: $300

FAQ: Do you offer a sliding scale?

Yes, I reserve a small number of sliding scale spots, based on financial need. A sliding scale allows for flexibility with fees and enables me to provide treatment to those who may not otherwise get the help they deserve. Feel free to ask about any current sliding scale openings during our phone consultation.

FAQ: What insurance do you accept?

  • Currently, I accept Medicare Part B.
  • For those with Sharp Health Plan, I can submit a Prior Authorization Request form to request coverage of your treatment with me.
  • For those with PPO insurances, I can provide you with a superbill that may help with reimbursement from your insurance company.

FAQ: How do I get reimbursed from my PPO insurance?

At your request, I can provide you with a superbill that you submit to your insurance. Your insurance will then reimburse you directly, according to your policy. If you will be relying on reimbursement, I encourage you to call your insurance company to verify your out-of-network benefits prior to your appointment.

FAQ: Are you accepting new clients?
